FromAir is the consumer-facing brand by Uravu Labs, bringing the purest water and beverages directly from the air to India's top dining tables. Already present in over 150 leading restaurants/cafes/hotels across India, we are pioneering a future where luxury, sustainability, and innovation go hand in hand. We are now looking to scale our presence rapidly across Mumbai and beyond, and we're seeking a top-tier HoReCa Sales leader to make that happen.
Founded in 2019, Uravu Labs was born out of a shared vision to address water scarcity issues, particularly inspired by the founders own experiences on the NIT Calicut campus during their studies. Driven by a passion for innovation and sustainability, Uravu Labs embarked on a mission to develop cutting-edge solutions that could extract water from the air using renewable energy sources. The company's journey began with the realization that existing methods, such as conventional atmospheric water generators, were not entirely sustainable due to their heavy reliance on electricity and the use of refrigerants with high global warming potential. Determined to make a difference, the founders set out to create a solution that would be truly renewable and sustainable. Their dedication led them to explore alternative approaches, resulting in the development of groundbreaking technology that harnesses renewable energy to produce clean water from the air.
Identify, evaluate, appoint, and onboard distributors across key Mumbai zones.
Build a solid distribution network with clear coverage, supply, and service norms.
Ensure distributor ROI, stock hygiene, credit discipline, and territory performance.
Target and onboard premium retail formats including:
Gourmet & specialty stores
Premium supermarkets
Modern trade chains
High-end neighbourhood grocery stores
Organic, healthy-living, curated retail spaces
Achieve wide retail availability and strong shelf visibility.
Drive product sampling, premium display execution, and in-store activations.
Work with stores for menu insertions, QR placements, and brand storytelling.
Full end-to-end responsibility for monthly target achievement.
Manage retailer onboarding, order cycle, replenishment & off-take growth.
Expand repeat sales and widen product assortment per outlet.
Build strong relationships with store owners, purchase managers, category heads, and MT buyers.
Drive strategic tie-ups with premium chains.
Ensure consistent brand presence and priority billing.
Coordinate with supply chain for smooth deliveries.
Maintain accurate sales, coverage, and outlet-wise reporting.
Solve on-ground execution gaps quickly and independently.
