3D Generalist Designer

As a 3D Designer at Uravu Labs, you will play a crucial role in our marketing team, contributing to the creation of engaging marketing videos that effectively communicate our mission and showcase our innovative water technology. Your responsibilities will involve designing and animating 3D visuals, motion graphics, and storytelling elements that bring to life the essence of our products and brand. Your primary tasks will include developing high-impact marketing videos that highlight our technology, creating 3D scenes and product renders, and collaborating closely with various teams to capture key messages accurately. You will have the opportunity to explore and present abstract concepts related to water science and climate impact through visually appealing content. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, as well as hands-on experience with 3D animation tools such as Blender, Cinema4D, or equivalent software. A keen eye for detail, a good sense of motion, rhythm, and storytelling, and the ability to work creatively to translate ideas into compelling visuals are essential qualities we are looking for in our ideal candidate. In addition to creating marketing videos, you may also be involved in other design tasks such as producing short reels, Instagram stories, or pitch decks. We value individuals who are eager to learn, experiment with new formats and tools, and have a genuine passion for climate tech, sustainability, and purpose-driven storytelling. If you have knowledge of Blender, Unreal Engine, or other 3D tools, experience in audio editing and sound design, expertise in visual effects (VFX) or simulations, or basic scripting/automation skills for After Effects, it would be considered a bonus.
