Distribution Sales Manager

As a Distribution Sales Manager at AgeWell in Cochin, Kerala, you will be responsible for expanding AgeWell's offline distribution network, building B2B partnerships, and driving field sales operations. Your role will involve developing and expanding the company's distributor, dealer, and retailer network across regions, conducting field sales visits, and driving B2B partnerships with pharmacies, wellness stores, clinics, and retail chains. Furthermore, you will be tasked with ensuring the availability, placement, and visibility of AgeWell products in target markets, developing and achieving sales targets and distribution goals, conducting competitor analysis, price benchmarking, and channel performance reviews, as well as training distributors/retailers on brand positioning and product knowledge. Collaboration with supply chain, marketing, and product teams will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields. - 35 years of experience in field sales + B2B sales, preferably in nutraceuticals or FMCG. - Strong network in retail, pharmacy, and wellness distribution channels. - Excellent negotiation, territory management, and communication skills. - Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple market zones.
