The role includes monitoring performance, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of products.Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day distribution and logistics operations.Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, warehouses, and transport partners.Ensure timely delivery and dispatch of goods as per schedules.Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movement.Lead and supervise the distribution team; assign roles and responsibilities.Review distribution performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.Implement process improvements to optimize distribution cost and time.Handle customer and client queries related to dispatch and logistics.Maintain proper documentation, records, and compliance standards.Support senior managers in planning and executing distribution strategies.Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and distribution processes.Excellent communication and team-handling skills.Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.Analytical mindset for problem-solving and planning.Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and distribution software.Leadership and coordination abilities.
