Job Description

This role at Weekday's client involves developing and executing comprehensive distribution strategies for Off-book Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and Digital Gold products. You will identify and create strategic partnerships with external channels to drive customer acquisition, monitor market trends, and lead the formulation of channel-specific goals and KPIs to align with revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include driving distribution and sales performance, establishing a high-performance sales team, developing training programs for agents and partners, and expanding digital and offline channels for maximum market reach. You will also track and analyze distribution channel performance, lead performance reviews, and monitor key metrics such as loan disbursement volume and customer engagement levels. Collaboration with product and marketing teams will be essential to design and roll out promotional campaigns for new products. Ensuring compliance with regulations, risk management frameworks, and internal policies will be a key focus, along with building strong relationships with stakeholders and integrating innovative solutions and technologies to optimize distribution processes. To qualify for this role, you should have a Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, along with 6-10 years of experience in distribution or sales roles within the fintech or banking industry. Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and an analytical mindset will be essential. You should also possess in-depth knowledge of credit underwriting, risk assessment, and product distribution in the financial services sector, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Personal attributes such as being a strategic thinker, results-driven, customer-centric, and having a high level of initiative and self-motivation are desirable for this role.
