Distributor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distributor Acquisition & Enrollment:

    Identify, pitch, appoint, and onboard new distributors to paid subscription plans.
  • Distributor Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and retailers.
  • Order Generation & Sales Growth:

    Increase order volume by ensuring active participation of distributors on the

    Badho

    platform.
  • Onboarding & Training:

    Educate new distributors

    on

    how to use Badhos platform, its features, and benefits.
  • Market Expansion:

    Develop and execute strategies to expand distributor coverage and improve retention.
  • Issue Resolution:

    Work with internal teams to address distributor concerns and ensure seamless operations.
  • Market Analysis:

    Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to optimize distributor engagement.
  • Promotions & Offers:

    Communicate offers, loyalty programs, and platform benefits to distributors to maximize their business growth.
  • Target Achievement:

    Meet and exceed monthly distributor acquisition and order generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    Minimum

    7 years

    in distributor handling, acquisition, and onboarding in FMCG / B2B platforms like

    Udaan, Jumbotail, or FMCG companies( like HUL, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Nestl, ITC, Dabur, etc

    .)
  • Education:

    Graduate in any discipline.
  • Skills:

    Strong

    sales, negotiation, and relationship-building

    skills.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Deep understanding of the

    FMCG distribution network, order generation, and distributor lifecycle
