Job Description: Business Analytics Lead - Sales & Distribution Location: Gurgaon Department: Growth / Strategy / Distribution Type: Full-time Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in Business Analytics and insights, preferably in FMCG Sales & Distribution About Badho: Badho Technologies is a leading B2B platform in the FMCG sector, helping brands, distributors, and retailers enhance their distribution channels through technology-driven solutions. About the Role Were looking for a Business Analytics Lead who is an expert in FMCG Sales & distribution, and who can drive meaningful insights from data to strengthen our retail-distributor ecosystem. This role will be pivotal in accelerating transactions between retailers (or buyers), and distributors (or sellers) through data-driven strategies, onboarding efficiency, and actionable field insights. Key Responsibilities Insights & Opportunity Identification Analyze retailer behavior, buying trends, and distributor activity to identify challenges and business opportunities. Generate strategic insights to improve the number of online orders between retailers and distributors. Data-Driven Distributor Onboarding Use data from sales logs, and campaign performance to identify high-potential distributor clusters. Collaborate with marketing and field teams to run targeted online and offline onboarding campaigns. Process Optimization Partner with operations and sales teams to streamline the distributor onboarding journey. Recommend Sales processes, tools, dashboards, or automations to improve speed and effectiveness of sales-distribution cycles. Identify low-efficiency areas in the S&D funnel and suggest solutions for faster activation. Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and field ops to ensure alignment on distributor strategy. Help field teams with real-time insights and geo-based intelligence to focus their efforts better. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in analytics, sales strategy, or distribution strategy roles (FMCG, retail-tech, B2B preferred) Strong experience in SQL, Python, R, Excel, BI tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau) Comfortable working with large datasets and visualizing insights clearly Exposure to GT/MT/FMCG distribution networks is a strong plus Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially marketing and sales Why Join Us Be part of a high-growth team focused on transforming India’s retail distribution space Work at the intersection of data, strategy, and field execution Make a measurable impact in driving transactions and scaling partnerships across regions Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
