Job Description

Oversee deliverables for the Reporting and Analytics team
Complete Ad-Hoc reporting Daily, weekly, monthly and Develop presentations for senior executives
Document and package status updates and proposals to senior management
Perform data analytics, data mining, predictive analytics, and problem solving
Analyze and interpret complex data sets using advanced data analytics skills to support operational initiatives and strategic decision-making.
Develop and apply algorithms and models with ability to clearly explain them to Management, Operations and Technology teams
Collaborate with Technology and Operations to develop requirements and implement new capabilities
Engage to mitigate risk through continuous process improvement, root cause analysis, and collaboration with Operations teams
Utilize automation technologies to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and support the implementation of business strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations to team members, ensuring tasks and responsibilities are aligned with project objectives for efficient and effective outcomes.
Leverage digital platforms and technological tools to improve processes, enhance customer interactions, and effectively communicate with stakeholders
