Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Order Handler PDL to join our team at Alfa Laval. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in order handling and management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and process orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective order fulfillment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to orders, invoices, or payments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in order handling or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of order processing systems and software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
