Senior Delivery Dispute Analyst

Location: Gurgaon/Naukri

Night Shift (7:30 PM 4:30 AM IST)

About Us

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Lead dispute management across aggregator platforms; ensure no dispute is unresolved
Recover lost revenue via timely filing, strong evidence, and reconciliation
Manage a team of 510 analysts; drive KPIs (dispute rate, win rate, TAT, accuracy)
Handle client onboarding/offboarding, mailbox management, and regular connects
Prepare invoices, stakeholder decks, and coordinate with finance teams
Identify risks, fraud, and discrepancies in payouts vs POS systems

Requirements

6+ years experience in Retail/Restaurant industry dispute resolution or reconciliation
Strong knowledge of delivery aggregator platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Swiggy, etc.)
Excellent English communication, MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
Team management and client-handling experience in a fast-paced environment
