Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve delivery disputes across aggregator platforms, ensuring timely filings and maximum recovery. Monitor disputes through dashboards, track KPIs (dispute rate, win rate, recovery TAT). Lead a team of 1015, ensuring accurate dispute submissions and fraud detection. Handle financial reconciliation between POS data, aggregator payouts, and internal systems. Manage client onboarding/offboarding, mailbox management (TAT – 1 WD), invoicing, and stakeholder reporting. Prepare weekly review decks, support client connects, and deliver customized solutions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years’ experience in operations, finance, or restaurant/retail industry. Strong knowledge of aggregator platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub) and POS systems. Proven experience in dispute management, financial reconciliation, SLAs & KPIs .
