About The Role : The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Requirements: - Candidate should have at least 5+ years hands-on experience with performance marketing, ideally managing large budgets and experience working with Meta (Facebook Instagram), YT, Linkedin. - Have an excellent understanding of levers and main KPIs of performance marketing (across web app). - Able to assess performance, define strategy and prioritize tactics to drive growth and profit. - Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel. - Experience in managing campaign pacing and performance, providing internal and client teams with insights or optimization recommendations.
