Digital Marketing and Web Development Executive

You will play a crucial role as a Digital Marketing and Web Development Executive, where your creativity and results-driven approach will be highly valued. Your main responsibilities will include developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels for both our company and our end customers. Additionally, you will be tasked with designing, developing, and maintaining websites for our company and end customers. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute digital marketing strategies such as SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns for our company and end customers. - Create and manage social media presence for our company and end customers. - Develop and maintain websites for our company and end customers. - Utilize SEO techniques to drive website traffic and enhance search engine rankings. - Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, aligning with the goals set by our company and end customers. - Generate innovative growth strategies and collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience through landing pages. - Coordinate with end customer SPOCs to address their digital marketing and website requirements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and web development. - Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns, as well as web development. - Proficiency in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. - Strong knowledge of website analytics tools like Google Analytics. - Familiarity with ad serving tools and a data-driven mindset. - Up-to-date with the latest trends in digital and social media marketing, as well as web development. - Willingness to work from various sites/offices within Pune for our company and multiple end customers.
