Responsibilities An Executive Accounts CM will need to be able to prioritize and load balance across several platforms and clients within specific service level agreements (SLAs) and expectations. Job duties may include: . Serving as a clients campaign manager . Completing digital ad campaign reviews (providing detailed recommendations on optimization enhancements to improve our clients performance metrics) . Optimizing PPC campaigns in order to increase campaign success . Updating and/or creating pacing reports for campaigns . Creating campaigns within our platform . Providing weekly/monthly/ad hoc reporting . Providing miscellaneous research as needed . Updating ads for digital media . Reviewing keywords and providing feedback on potential keyword strategies . Join client meetings as needed and be comfortable presenting findings and analysis as needed . Build rapport with internal team members through routine and scheduled meetings . Execute budgets and strategies to meet specific client goals/needs . Troubleshoot performance issues using digital advertising best practices while creating new, innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of our clients . Drive campaign ROI and leverage client relationships to assist the sales team in growing accounts . Good years of experience in the digital space, in an agency environment, or in-house equivalent . Rich campaign management experience . Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate digital marketing concepts .
