Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning and executing all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns for The Redlands Ashlyn Group of Companies. Your role will involve measuring and reporting the performance of digital marketing campaigns, identifying trends and insights, optimizing spend based on insights, and collaborating with internal teams and vendor partners to enhance the user experience and drive conversions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and maintain the company's social media presence - Measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals such as ROI and KPIs - Brainstorm and implement creative growth strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience and create landing pages - Evaluate end-to-end customer experience and optimize user funnels - Stay updated on emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for their adoption - Work with agencies and vendor partners to achieve digital marketing objectives Qualifications Required: - Degree in marketing or a related field - Proven experience in digital marketing - Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns - Highly creative with the ability to engage target audiences through digital campaigns - Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels - Proficiency in website analytics tools and Google Adwords campaigns - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Additional Company Details: The Redlands Ashlyn Group of Companies is the leading supplier of a wide range of gold jewellery equipment, purity testing machines, farming & agricultural machineries across India and abroad.
