Communicate with drivers and customers: Provide drivers with instructions, updates, and relevant information, and communicate with customers to inform them of delivery status and any issues that may arise. 3. Track Shipments: Use tracking systems to monitor the location and status of shipment, and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery. 4. Maintain accurate records: Keep accurate records of dispatches, manage inventory, and delivery status. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. 2. Basic communication skills: Verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
