Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Dispatcher at New Way Trucking Ltd. located on-site in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling drivers, managing routes, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring timely deliveries. Additional responsibilities include monitoring vehicle locations, updating delivery statuses, and communicating with truck drivers to ensure the smooth operation of the fleet.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using dispatch and fleet management software
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in dispatching or logistics is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Knowledge of the transportation industry and regulatory requirements
