The Dispatch Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day dispatching operations, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, providing exceptional customer service, and utilizing strong supervisory skills to manage the dispatch team. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Communication skills Dispatching and DOT Regulations knowledge Customer Service skills Experience in transportation or logistics industry Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of dispatch software systems is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Requirements: Will be responsible for packing and shipment of material by courier mode on daily basis. should have 2 wheeler driving experience.
