Dispatch Manager

Key Responsibilities: 1. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate tracking and storage of pharmaceutical products. 2. Warehouse Operations: Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products to distributors, retailers, and other customers. 3. Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, meeting customer demands and expectations. 4. Product Handling: Ensure proper handling and storage of products, maintaining product integrity and quality. 5. Team Management: Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and achieve team goals. 6. Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, identify slow-moving products, and implement strategies to minimize dead stock. 7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in GRADUATE, Logistics, or a related field. 2. Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. 3. Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Goals: 1. Efficient Operations: Ensure smooth warehouse operations, meeting customer demands and regulatory requirements. 2. Inventory Optimization: Maintain optimal inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
