Location: Mohali, Punjab Shift: Night Shift (US Hours) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are hiring a Dispatch Executive to manage logistics operations for our US-based clients . The role is based in our Mohali office and requires coordinating shipments, communicating with drivers and clients, and ensuring timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and monitor daily dispatches across the US. Track drivers and shipments in real-time. Handle delays, route changes, and emergency re-routing. Maintain accurate dispatch records and reports. Communicate effectively with US clients and carriers. Requirements: 1–3 years of dispatch/logistics experience (preferably US-based). Excellent spoken and written English. Good knowledge of MS Office and dispatch software. Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Night shift Work Location: In person
