Job Description

The Maintenance Coordinator role involves overseeing and coordinating maintenance and repair activities for homeowners associations managed by the company. Effective communication skills are crucial for liaising with on-site Board of Directors, vendors, and contractors to ensure well-maintained properties compliant with community standards. The ideal candidate for this position would be a fresh graduate in Civil Engineering or a Civil Engineering graduate with up to 2 years of experience in property management projects. Key responsibilities include maintaining close communication with Property Managers for on-site coordination, precise vendor management, ensuring inspection and compliance with standards, effective budget management, excellent communication and reporting with stakeholders, prompt response to maintenance emergencies, and keeping emergency maintenance procedures up-to-date and communicated. Requirements for this role include strong English speaking and writing skills. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule, night shift, and US shift timings. The preferred experience level is 1 year, with availability for night shifts and in-person work location.,
