Job Title: Dispatch Executive
Location: Porur, Chennai

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the overall material dispatch process for elevator components and finished goods.
• Verify customer orders and coordinate dispatches to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Plan dispatch schedules based on priority, delivery deadlines, and route optimization.
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics providers for daily shipment execution.
• Ensure all items are properly packed, labeled, documented, and dispatched in line with company standards.
• Generate and manage dispatch documents, including challans, invoices, and transport receipts.
• Match and verify shipments with bills of lading, and handle discrepancies or quantity mismatches.
• Maintain dispatch records in ERP/SAP or Excel and update inventory accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding dispatch status, delivery timelines, and logistics issues.
• Ensure safe loading, handling, and transportation of all dispatched materials.
• Adhere to company procedures and maintain confidentiality of dispatch and customer information.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in dispatch supervision, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry
• Education: Any12th / Diploma/ Graduate
• Gender: Male only
• Languages Required: Must be able to speak Hindi and Tamil
• Computer Skills: Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/SAP, and email communication
• Strong coordination, communication, and time-management skills
• Physically fit to handle dispatch operations in a shop floor/store environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
