Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and dispatch goods/vehicles as per delivery timelines and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse, drivers, transporters, and customer service teams to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
• Monitor live dispatches, track vehicle movement, and resolve delays or issues in real-time.
• Prepare daily dispatch reports and maintain all related documentation (invoices, challans, gate passes, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards during dispatch.
• Maintain records of shipments, delivery status, and customer feedback.
• Handle any last-minute changes or urgent delivery requirements.
• Work closely with transport vendors and manage relationships to ensure reliable service.
• Optimize dispatch schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of dispatch procedures, transport regulations, and inventory systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and solve logistical problems
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and dispatch management software
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or operations (industry-specific experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with route planning, fleet management, and delivery tracking tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
