Technical Industrial Products Sales Manager vapi,gujarat 3 - 7 years INR Not disclosed On-site Full Time

You will be responsible for various key result areas including Market Analysis, Sales Planning and Forecasting, Customer Relationship Management, Product Packaging, and Team Planning and Management. In terms of Market Analysis, you will study the customers" potential by analyzing the market, planning relevant sales connects, conducting regular studies on competitor activity, suggesting goods to be made based on the study, and internally planning for production and delivery of client requirements. You will also need to identify location-wise clients to achieve targets and growth, review monthly sales targets, and plan strategies to achieve them. For Customer Relationship Management, you will be required to create and grade clients based on financial range, ensure planned and scheduled customer connects proactively, focus on high potential clients, engage continuously with clients till the finalization of their needs, and reduce turnover time of roles by focusing on high-value roles. You will also need to process customer invoices in a timely manner, follow up on sales outstanding for closure, submit reports on quotations and lost orders, and analyze the reasons for lost orders. In terms of Product Packaging, you will need to plan and ensure supply to factory requirements, amend purchase orders as needed to meet client delivery timelines. Regarding Team Planning and Management, you will conduct daily morning sales meetings on closures, develop a team of Sales and Service Engineers, interact continuously with the sales and internal sales team to improve customer satisfaction, and ensure submission of daily reports covering meetings, visits, complaints, and complaint summary. Ideally, you should have Fault Analysis Training, knowledge of the Rubber Industry, and a customer-focused approach. Educational qualifications required are a Diploma in Engineering or any Graduate in Chemistry with specific industry experience. This is a full-time job with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is in day shifts with a yearly bonus.
