Job Title: Dispatcher Company: Impeccable Hauling Shift: US Shift – Night Shift Working Days: 5 Days a Week Incentives: Very Attractive Incentive Structure Job Description: Impeccable Hauling is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our night shift operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating drivers, managing schedules, and ensuring timely and efficient transportation services. Key Responsibilities: Dispatch drivers for daily hauling operations in the US market Monitor driver routes, delivery times, and job completion Maintain constant communication with drivers via phone/email Handle scheduling, load assignments, and updates in real time Resolve issues related to delays, breakdowns, or route changes Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements Requirements: Prior experience as a dispatcher (logistics/transport preferred) Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently during night shifts Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with dispatch systems Strong problem-solving and time-management skills Benefits: 5-day work week US night shift schedule Very good performance-based incentives Stable work environment with growth opportunities
