Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Dispatch Executive to manage the dispatching of domestic and export parcels. The role involves coordinating shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining timely deliveries to both local and international clients. Key Responsibilities: Arrange and oversee dispatch of domestic and export parcels Coordinate with shipping and courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries Prepare and verify shipment documentation for export consignments ( invoices, shipping labels, customs documentation) Track shipments and provide delivery updates to customers Maintain accurate dispatch records and handle related paperwork Resolve any dispatch issues, delays, or discrepancies Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies Liaise with sales, inventory, and logistics teams to optimize the dispatch process Qualifications: Experience in dispatch, logistics, or export/import operations Knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software Whatsaap- 6377763919
