Job Summary:

Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the
packaging process
to ensure goods are properly packed and labeled.
Coordinate daily
dispatch activities
to ensure on-time delivery to customers or distribution centers.
Handle
logistics planning
, route optimization, and vehicle scheduling for smooth transportation.
Liaise with
transport vendors
, courier services, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain
dispatch documentation
, including invoices, delivery challans, and shipment records.
Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues in transit.
Ensure
inventory accuracy
during dispatch and coordinate with the warehouse team.
Maintain compliance with
transportation laws, safety regulations
, and company policies.
Support return logistics and customer complaints related to delivery or packaging.

Requirements:

Proven experience in
dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations
.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Good understanding of
transportation, courier handling, and packaging procedures
.
Proficiency in using
logistics software or ERP systems
(e.g., Tally, SAP, etc.).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience in Retail, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
