As a Dispatch Coordinator in a Solar company, your role will involve coordinating and managing daily dispatch operations from the warehouse/stores. You will be responsible for ensuring proper packaging, documentation, and timely dispatch of goods. Additionally, you will maintain inventory records, update dispatch logs regularly, and liaise with logistics partners and transporters to ensure smooth delivery. Your role will also involve monitoring stock levels, coordinating with purchase/production teams for requirements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. You will supervise loading/unloading activities and handle customer dispatch queries. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations from the warehouse/stores. - Ensure proper packaging, documentation, and timely dispatch of goods. - Maintain inventory records and update dispatch logs regularly. - Liaise with logistics partners and transporters to ensure smooth delivery. - Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchase/production teams for requirements. - Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. - Supervise loading/unloading activities and handle customer dispatch queries. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in stores/warehouse/dispatch in an Electrical/Electronics manufacturing environment. - Knowledge of logistics and dispatch processes. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, ERP preferred). - Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
