Director/Professor/Associate professor

Role Overview: As the Director of School in the BFSI sector, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the financial management, budget planning, admissions, business development, branding, industry networking, partnerships, team building, and human resource management of the school. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the school's financial stability, enhancing its brand visibility, fostering industry relationships, and managing faculty requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and finalize the school's annual budget, establish financial objectives, and monitor income and expenditure to maintain financial discipline. - Plan and execute comprehensive admission strategies, lead marketing and branding initiatives, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies. - Foster industry relationships, manage collaborations with relevant companies, and build networks with professional associations and academic institutions. - Plan faculty manpower, lead recruitment processes, address faculty and staff concerns, provide mentorship, and support professional development. Qualifications Required for Professor Role: - Ph.D. in Engineering Finance Background with relevant 8-10 years of experience in a large conglomerate. - Master in commerce background with relevant working experience of 12/15 years in a large conglomerate. - Graduation with relevant working experience of 15 years in a large conglomerate. - Ph.D. / Masters with a minimum of 5 patents and 5 years of experience in a start-up. Additional Details: Required skills include proficiency in Bloomberg terminal, python for finance, insurtech, regtech, open banking, Algo Trading, Equity market, behavioral finance, and financial modeling.
