Job Title: Solution Architect (D)

Location: Delhi

Qualification:

• BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech

Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, system design, enterprise solutions, cloud computing, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on expertise in backend technologies including PHP, Java, Python, React, and Angular,
• Proven experience in at least 3 projects with Central/State Government, PSU, or Government-associated organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions.
• Define architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices across multiple projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee integration of cloud platforms, microservices, and backend technologies for seamless digital solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
• Ensure compliance with government IT policies, security guidelines, and interoperability standards.

Certifications (Mandatory):

• TOGAF Certification

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Delhi

Qualification:

• BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech

Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in user experience design, wireframing, prototyping, and front-end usability testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project manager, business analysts, and developers to design intuitive and user-centric interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to enhance product usability and accessibility.
• Develop responsive and interactive UI designs aligned with project goals and user requirements.
• Ensure adherence to design guidelines, consistency, and brand standards across applications.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of design outputs.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
• Hands-on experience in usability testing and interaction design.
• Ability to convert business requirements into engaging digital experiences.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
