Director - Salesforce

Role Overview: As the Director of Salesforce B2B Delivery services at TransUnion, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions for B2B clients. Your role will involve managing stakeholder expectations, overseeing end-to-end Salesforce implementation processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing leadership to maintain a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions for B2B clients - Manage stakeholder expectations and communications throughout the project lifecycle - Oversee end-to-end Salesforce implementation processes to ensure timely completion within scope and budget - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions and implement Salesforce best practices - Provide leadership, technical direction, and mentorship to maintain a high-performing team - Ensure compliance with SOX requirements, manage audits, and implement necessary controls - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, functionalities, and industry trends - Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or Information Technology - Over 16 years of experience in IT - Minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce design, development, and delivery - Proven experience in managing SOX audits and ensuring regulatory compliance - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform and specific tools - Salesforce certifications are highly desirable - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions,
