Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Own

  P&L and revenue targets

  for South & West regions
• Define regional sales strategy aligned with company growth goals
• Build and mentor

  RSMs and senior regional leaders

• Lead distributor strategy:

Market prioritization

Appointment frameworks

Performance governance

• Drive GTM execution for:

New SKUs

Channel expansion (pet trade, vets, MT, Q-commerce)

• Work closely with:

Marketing (launches, trade marketing)

Ops & Supply Chain (forecasting, fill rates)

Finance (collections, credit discipline)

• Identify whitespace markets and expansion opportunities
• Set up dashboards, cadence, and review mechanisms
• Act as the

  voice of the market

  to founders

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 12–18+ years experience in Pet industry
• Proven experience leading

  large geographies & senior teams

• Strong distributor-first mindset with brand discipline
• Experience scaling challenger or premium brands
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution bias
