Job Description

As the Director, Regional Sales (ITES) at Cisco, your main responsibility will be to lead the strategy, operating model, and execution initiatives for the Enterprise ITS customers GTM in India. You will need to understand the digital transformation strategies, technology consumption patterns, and buying behaviors of Cisco India's top customers in the ITSP space. Additionally, you will have to consider the competitive environment and respond to competitors" strategies effectively. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to manage the lifecycle of recurring revenue across Software subscriptions and services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and collaborating with cross-functional global teams to develop and grow the ITS CGEM business sustainably - Understanding customer and partner requirements, market opportunities, and competitive conditions - Developing strong business plans around subscription and services lifecycle sales motion - Identifying new business opportunities and routes to market - Managing 360-degree relationships with stakeholders - Engaging with customers and channels to evolve the business as per their needs - Orchestrating resources to execute the go-to-market plan effectively - Aligning with Cisco's transformation strategy globally - Analyzing performance and providing recommendations for GTM enhancements - Providing direction and mentorship to the team for their professional development To be successful in this role, you should have: - 15+ years of sales management experience with a focus on leadership and team management - Experience in driving transformation within client accounts, preferably in security/AI - Ability to transition between strategic thinking and tactical issue-solving - Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work cross-functionally - Familiarity with Cisco's products, architectures, and services offerings - Background in product, service, and channels sales - Track record of successful performance as a change agent - Business development or program management experience - Strong business planning and forecasting skills - Bachelor's degree from a reputable university/college At Cisco, each team member is valued for their unique talents, and together, we make a difference by embracing digital transformation.
