Job Description

As the Director of Sales & Customer Success at IGT Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales strategy and acquiring new customers for the company. With over 18 years of experience, including a strong background in the Travel and Airline domain, you will be responsible for extending and developing a portfolio of IGT IT services business. Your key responsibilities will include assessing client IT needs, making recommendations, preparing sales visits and presentations, and negotiating sales and long-term contracts with customers. Key Responsibilities: - Create and develop an effective sales strategy to acquire new customers for IGT - Develop a portfolio of IGT IT services business - Assess client IT needs and make recommendations on IT Services and Solutions - Prepare sales visits and presentations to pitch IGT IT services and solutions to customers - Negotiate sales and long-term contracts with customers - Provide technical advice after sales - Establish sales goals and implement a plan to meet those goals - Track progress toward goals and document sales performance - Become fluent in IGT services and solutions - Answer questions, describe benefits, and discuss pros and cons of various services and solutions - Assist in creating marketing literature and web-based features to promote services, products, and solutions - Attend trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about cutting-edge products and sales - Build and maintain good relationships with customers - Conduct in-depth research to identify market opportunities - Work with diverse client and IGT teams in various service lines across multiple time zones Qualifications Required: - 18+ years of overall experience with a strong background in the Travel and Airline domain - Experience with Global Delivery Model and knowledge of processes and methodologies - Ability to present at senior and executive levels - Strong communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize - Excellent interpersonal skills - Attention to detail Additional Details: IGT Solutions is committed to simplifying complex customer interactions and delivering a seamless experience.
