Job Description

As the Director of Sales and Marketing at Aress Software, you will be a key member of our global business development team, responsible for leading key geographies and business segments. Your role will involve driving demand generation, qualifying new opportunities, and exceeding team quotas. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing team, you will develop and execute well-targeted strategies and lead nurturing plans to achieve the company's growth goals. This position requires someone who is keen on building and scaling a high-performing sales team, ensuring penetration in the mid and enterprise ecosystem. You will manage and build a team of about 15-25 individuals. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets, conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying areas of growth and profitability. You will propose and develop strategic partnerships, negotiate and close deals aligning with company objectives, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and build, mentor, and manage a high-performing business development team. Additionally, you will assist in building a high-performance sales process, manage CRM data for new and prospective clients, and ensure accuracy in logging all communications. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 15+ years of work experience in selling solutions/technology products to large enterprises across the globe, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is required, while an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. Proficiency in utilizing Sales 2.0 technologies and relevant tools like CRM, ABM tools, database tools, and outreach platforms is essential. Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills are necessary, coupled with a results-oriented mindset and a history of consistently exceeding sales targets.
