Not Applicable Specialism SAP Management Level Director & Summary In SAP programme management at PwC, you will focus on overseeing and managing largescale SAP implementation projects within an organisation. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. Working in SAP programme management, you will coordinate multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of SAP solutions. Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflows across departments. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Manage resources effectively, including workforce, materials, and equipment. Collaborate with department heads to align operational activities with company objectives . Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure effective supply chain management. Mandatory skill sets Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices. Excellent leadership, organizational, and decisionmaking skills. Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive improvements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Preferred skill sets Experience with ERP systems and other operations management software. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Ability to manage change and lead in a fastpaced environment. Knowledge of lean management principles or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
