Director of Operations

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and lead
all aspects of Healthcare RCM operations, ensuring high-quality standards and operational excellence.
Drive strategic initiatives
, including process optimization, client relationship management, and sustained margin growth.
Manage communication, escalation, risks, and issues
, while fostering
continuous service improvements
and meeting
client SLAs

Plan, monitor, and execute
service management and organizational strategies to achieve both short- and long-term goals.
Provide leadership in
