Director of Sales, Strategy & Partnerships | B2B SaaS Portfolio Company

One of our SaaS portfolio companies is looking for a Senior leader to join the business and drive all commercial activity for fast-growing SMB/Mid-Market companies.

Responsibilities

• Own overall strategy across core revenue targets and partnerships
• Help drive GTM strategy across channels and markets for the business
• Manage a team of close to 20 to drive all commercial activity
• Monitor and implement sales commission plans, CRM processes and other revenue operations
• Own quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls and sales demos
• Own sales planning and forecasting, monitor funnels and reporting dashboards

Qualifications

• At least 7 to 10 years of sales experience is preferred
• Some prior experience managing a small team would be preferred
• Prior experience selling into mid-market would be preferred
• Prior experience growing teams
• Technology or Start-up experience
• Proactive and hustler mentality
