Director of Product Management

What you’ll own:

• Lead the 1-to-10 journey across our products.

• Engage Clients Deeply

  : Regularly meet our clients to understand how they use our Product and what features and adjacent products can we build to help them further.

• Work Across the Aisle

  : Interact with our client-facing team members (Sales, Delivery and Customer Success) to co-create and execute the Product roadmap.

• Scale with Purpose

  : Build and mentor a product & design team that thrives on ownership, collaboration, and clear outcomes.

• Measure Impact

  : Define product success in terms of client adoption, business outcomes, and market differentiation.

What You Bring

• Experience

  : 10-12 years in

  B2B SaaS / Tech product companies

  , with a proven record of building and scaling enterprise-grade products.

• Leadership

  : At least 3-4 years leading product teams; you know how to set high standards and inspire people to meet them.

• Customer Obsession

  : You’ve sat across the table from CXOs, understood their pain points, and turned those insights into products that move the needle.

• Pedigree

  : Strong academic background (IIT/IIM/ISB or equivalent) is a plus, but what matters most is your ability to think strategically and execute relentlessly.

• Product Craft

  : You can write & review crisp PRDs, build scalable processes & systems, and balance detail with vision.

• Communication and stakeholder management

  : Exceptional ability to simplify complexity and influence stakeholders across levels.
