Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage post-production teams (editors, assistant editors, post supervisors, sound, VFX, color).
• Set post-production standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation across projects.
• Foster a collaborative, efficient, and creative post-production culture.

Project Oversight

• Supervise post-production from ingest through final delivery.
• Ensure all projects meet creative, technical, and broadcast/platform specifications.
• Manage post-production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify and resolve workflow, staffing, or technical issues.

Creative & Technical Oversight

• Collaborate with directors, producers, and creatives to achieve the intended vision.
• Oversee editing, sound design, music, VFX, color grading, and finishing.
• Ensure consistency of quality across all deliverables.
• Stay current with post-production technologies and industry trends.

Budget & Vendor Management

• Create and manage post-production budgets.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with post facilities, freelancers, and vendors.
• Track costs and implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Workflow & Technology

• Define and maintain efficient post-production pipelines.
• Oversee asset management, backups, and archival processes.
• Ensure compliance with security, legal, and delivery requirements.
• Recommend and implement new tools, software, and infrastructure.

Delivery & Compliance

• Oversee final QC and approvals.
• Ensure all deliverables meet network, studio, or platform requirements.
• Manage versioning, localization, captions, and metadata as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Goa Velha, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
