Job Description

Iron Systems, Inc is looking for Director of Marketing to join our team

Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies aligned with the institute's goals.
Drive enrollment growth, brand awareness, and community engagement through effective marketing campaigns.
Establish and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all platforms.
Lead social media presence, SEO/SEM campaigns, email marketing, and website management.
Utilize analytics to measure ROI and optimize digital campaigns for maximum impact.
Support admissions team with lead generation and conversion strategies.
Build relationships with schools, universities, corporates, and community organizations.
Plan and execute open houses, webinars, seminars, and institute events, while handling media relations, press releases, and crisis communication when required.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, coordinating with academic and administrative staff to align campaigns with institutional objectives.
