Director of Manufacturing

Job Description: You will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing operations at CbS Technologies Pvt Ltd's facility in Gautam Buddha Nagar. Your role will involve managing production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, optimizing supply chain practices, and enhancing operational efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will lead production planning to meet company objectives and client needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Strong skills in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations. - Proficiency in Manufacturing Operations Management and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). - Experience in Supply Chain Management and optimizing operational workflows. - Proven leadership and team management capabilities in manufacturing settings. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Masters degree preferred). - Prior experience in industrial equipment manufacturing and export industries is a plus. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. - Experience in production in the heavy metal industry.,
