Team: Managed Services / Healthcare Operations Reports To: VP of Operations Location: Chennai, India Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: US Hours (8 AM 5 PM EST) / 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST Hybrid/Onsite: Onsite presence in Chennai required, with potential for hybrid work

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Director of Managed Services to lead our Chennai-based delivery center supporting U.S. physician practices. This role oversees managed services delivery, operational excellence, client satisfaction, team engagement, and scalable growth across various service lines including scheduling, reminders, telehealth support, RCM, patient outreach, SMA support, capacity planning, no-show reduction, and provider credentialing.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Chennai Managed Services operations Achieve key client KPIs such as appointment fill rates above 92%, no-show rates below 8%, A/R days under 35, campaign response rates above 20%, and SMA attendance above 85% Develop operational roadmaps, capacity plans, and staffing strategies Lead and mentor 4 to 6 managers and team leads Drive automation and technology adoption across CRM, EHR integrations, dialers, AI reminders, telehealth platforms, and credentialing software Manage client governance including business reviews, escalations, and renewal support Ensure HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance with regular audits Collaborate with U.S. clinical and sales teams to launch new service offerings Oversee workforce management, training, quality assurance, and employee engagement programs Manage vendor relationships involving telephony, telehealth platforms, and credentialing systems

Required Qualifications and Experience:
12 or more years of operations leadership experience, including at least 5 years at the Director or VP level in BPO, RCM, or healthcare services Mandatory U.S. healthcare operations experience Proven track record managing large-scale healthcare delivery operations with 50 or more seats Expertise in at least two areas: revenue cycle management, patient access or scheduling, call center operations, telehealth operations, provider credentialing and enrollment, or shared medical appointment programs Demonstrated success maintaining 95 percent or higher SLA attainment and strong client satisfaction Experience using Zoom Contact Center Experience with Lean or Six Sigma and automation initiatives Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Epic, Athenahealth, ModMed, or other U.S. EHR systems Knowledge of value-based care models and chronic disease management programs Familiarity with NCQA and PCMH standards and group visit reimbursement Proficiency in workforce management tools and business intelligence platforms Strong P&L management experience
