The Director will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of international travel packages, ensuring the highest level of customer service. Daily tasks include managing a team, coordinating with international suppliers, developing new travel packages, monitoring market trends, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. The director must have a strong connect of suppliers across different destinations. Qualifications Good network of suppliers and DMCs to obtain competitive pricing. Experience in developing and managing travel packages Strong leadership, team management, and coordination skills Excellent customer service and client relationship skills Knowledge of international travel destinations and market trends Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Business or related field; Master's degree is a plus Experience in the travel industry or a similar role Show more Show less
