Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Insurance located in Mumbai. The Director of Insurance will oversee the development and implementation of insurance programs. Responsibilities include analyzing and evaluating insurance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing employee benefits programs, and collaborating with the finance team to optimize insurance-related financial planning. The Director will also work on creating strategies for growth and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Actuarial Science knowledge
• Expertise in Finance and Insurance
• Experience with Employee Benefits programs
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Life insurance sales through Agents, Professionals & direct sale.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, Actuarial Science, or a related field
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus
