About the Role:

Director of Design & Project Development

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement design and project management strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Establish design guides, specifications, and standards for new builds, renovations, and conversions.
• Provide thought leadership in design innovation, sustainability, and construction methodologies.
• Serve as the main liaison among owners, operators, designers, and contractors.

Design & Development Oversight:

• Lead design review, approval, and conceptualization for all development projects.
• Ensure brand standard compliance while promoting functional and creative design solutions.
• Oversee project scopes, feasibility studies, and master plans with stakeholders.

Project Management:

• Plan, budget, schedule, and execute capital projects on time and within budget.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, permits, and sustainability standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

• 10+ years

  of experience in design and project management in hospitality or real estate, including

  5+ years in senior leadership

  .
• Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects on time and within budget.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary:

  ₹928,000 to ₹1,041,250 INR/month approx. (based on experience)

• Annual Bonus:

  Linked to company profitability and performance targets
