As the Director of Engineering at VT Netzwelt Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in providing strategic leadership, technical direction, and operational oversight for our Engineering teams. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Serving as a core member of the leadership team to define and drive technical direction, product roadmaps, and development strategies. - Leading and providing strategic oversight for engineering teams to ensure technical alignment, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement across diverse technology domains. - Hiring, mentoring, and growing a high-performance engineering team to create future leaders within the organization. - Promoting the use of AI-enabled development practices to accelerate innovation and build intelligent systems. - Partnering with Delivery and Business teams to ensure alignment between tech delivery and business outcomes. - Staying current with emerging technologies and introducing relevant advancements to the development team. To excel in this role, you are expected to have: - 12+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership roles. - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA). - Proven experience in building and scaling high-performance solutions across various technology platforms. - Demonstrated exposure and practical experience in AI-enabled software development. - Domain experience in Healthcare, Ecommerce, IoT, or Fintech. - Strong leadership skills in hiring, mentoring, and retaining engineering talent. - Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and organizational abilities.
