The ideal candidate will have 12 years of relevant experience, preferably with at least one year working on LMS products in the lending/fintech domain. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of LMS product features and enhancements. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and drive execution. Write clear, concise, and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) based on business needs and user workflows. Understand and map lending workflows to product features that improve efficiency, compliance, and scalability. Analyze data to identify problems, evaluate solutions, and measure product success. Drive cross-functional alignment through excellent stakeholder management and communication. Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality and attention to detail.
