🔥 The Role

hands-on DevOps leader

Define and drive the
DevOps strategy
across CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, and cost optimization.
Lead by doing — setting up pipelines, scaling infra, and mentoring the team through complex challenges.
Build a high-performance
DevOps and SRE culture
that partners tightly with Product Engineering, Platform, and AI/ML teams.
Implement
best-in-class practices
in release engineering, IaC, container orchestration (EKS/ECS/K8s), and cloud-native tooling (AWS).
Drive
efficiency at scale
— from infra cost management to developer productivity and platform reliability.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

8+ years
of DevOps / Platform Engineering experience, with at least
3+ years in leadership roles
.
Proven track record in
scaling DevOps for fast-growing product-based organizations
.
Deep expertise in:
Cloud:
AWS
CI/CD:
GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD
Containers & Orchestration:
Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS
Infra-as-Code & Automation:
Terraform, Ansible, Helm
Observability & Monitoring:
Prometheus, Grafana, Loki
Strong understanding of
SaaS scaling, multi-tenant architectures, and high-availability systems
.
A
hands-on builder
at heart — who can dive into configs, scripts, and pipelines when needed.
Natural leader who can
attract, mentor, and grow
a world-class DevOps team.
