You need to be a HODLer of these

• 15+ years in Infra/DevOps/Platform engineering, with

  5+ years in leadership

  .
• Led

  30+ engineers

  in DevOps/SRE/Platform orgs.
• Proven track record in

  high-frequency fintech/trading platforms

  .
• Built

  internal platforms

  reducing cost & improving DevEx.
• Hands-on expertise with

  AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform

  , HA/DR, zero-downtime rollouts.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to

  FinOps cost optimization

  at scale.
• Designed infra for

  10K+ TPS trading or payment systems

  .
• Experience with developer platforms (Backstage, IDP, CI/CD portals).

You will be mining through these tasks

• Drive

  99.99% uptime

  and

  <50ms latency

  across 10K+ TPS trading systems.
• Lead

  zero downtime migration strategies

  (blue-green, canary, schema changes).
• Build internal

  platform components

  (service mesh, CI/CD engines, feature flag systems, observability pipelines) to reduce reliance on managed cloud services.
• Partner with Engineering & Product to enhance

  developer experience (DevEx)

  through self-service infra, IDP, and developer portals.
• Own

  FinOps efficiency

  : reduce infra costs while scaling platform reliability.
• Build and mentor a

  30+ engineer org

  across pods (Infra, CI/CD, Observability, DX).
